01Overview
FarmStack brings an estate's land, harvest, workers and money into one platform. Sections are drawn on a satellite map, the day's work is logged from the field, and the numbers add up in the office without anyone re-typing a paper book.
It was built for the way plantations actually run in Sri Lanka: a supervisor with a phone under a cinnamon canopy, a payroll that has to be right on Friday, and an owner who wants to know what a section yielded last season.
02What it does
Land mapping
Draw sections on a satellite map, measure areas, plan irrigation and lay out pipe networks — so everyone is looking at the same picture of the estate.
Harvest tracking
Daily output recorded per crop and per section — cinnamon, vanilla, coconut, fruit and vegetables — building a yield history rather than a stack of notebooks.
Field operations
Plan and log the day's work against the sections it happened in, so effort and output can finally be compared.
Labour and payroll
Roster, attendance, employees and contractors in one place, with payroll run from the attendance that was already recorded.
Finance and reporting
Expenses and income tracked through to profit and loss, cash flow and a balance sheet, so estate decisions are backed by real figures.
Store, buyers and contacts
Inventory, buyer records and contacts alongside the operational data, keeping the commercial side of the estate in the same system.
